What is more impt
visited the new ION recently, passing through the shops, suddenly I hear a still small voice inside of me as I looked at the branded shops around me, no material things could give lasting fulfilling satisfaction in life ... today was listening to one of the songs composed by our church, it sang of how God is our youth and He called us to be His own and I recalled once again the 1st experience when I first came to church and know God, our heart was simple then, all we wanted to do was to love God and pleased Him, everything we did was for God. Simple. But as we grow and mature become more sophisticated in life, caught up in pursuing in the material things of life, the voices of all these pursuits start to drown the voice of that simple love we have ... now I realised I stopped taking stock of my life like I used to, sitting back and take a breather and review the priorities in my life, its time to start again... like what the song sang, God of my youth, I remember, Your call on my life to be your own, in the midst of all these pursuits and at the end of these pursuits its still God that matters most in our life and only when we abide in Him then can we find the true lasting fulfiling meaning in our life. Never let God go.

into the world of blogging
hmmm, I used to wonder why ppl wld wanna blog, posting things in a public domain for all to view - lost of privacy, why not sticked to the old fashioned way of keepg a diary?
but recently as I got "hooked" onto facebook, and more & more ppl around startg their own blog I begin to chge my perspective of keepg my own blog. and of course owning a new wifi enabled phone has made me more IT savvy and go "paperless" hahaha
In every instance where there is a spur of inspiration or sthg juz irks u & u need an outlet to vent it or voice your opinions, facebook seems restrictive in my own personal opininon (which can sometimes be extreme or weird) in doing so, u may hv colleagues, friend's friends online who may be able to view whatever u post on yr walls; restriction to the length of yr posts (not the fault of facebook but rather to me itz "weird" to have lengthy posts on your facebook wall.
again w my new mobile phone, I have become more "on the go" each time I have an inspiration, wanna vent an anger, I simply text it so I hand-write lesser nowadays and "type" more.
beyond all these, I see blogging as an outlet to view my views/ observations of things ...
